Note for Insurance Users: Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking your insurance provider the following questions:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval or referral required from my primary care physician?

Self-Pay Option: Clients who do not wish to use their insurance, or who are out of network, are welcome to pay out of pocket directly for services. Self-pay clients should expect a detailed conversation with their therapist regarding financial expectations and agreements.

The self-pay rate for group sessions is $20 per session. Sliding scale options are also available for those who qualify — please speak with your therapist to discuss what works best for your situation.
