Antoinette holds her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and proud
alumna of Capella University. She brings a distinctive, integrative approach to counseling that is collaborative, creative, and deeply client-centered. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in the medical field, Antoinette blends clinical insight with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Existential Humanistic Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive, Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Gestalt Therapy.

Her work is grounded in meeting clients in the here and now, utilizing an integrative mind-body perspective. Antoinette’s goal is to walk alongside each client on their unique healing journey—fostering self-reflection, strengthening coping skills, and tailoring strategies to align with each individual’s needs, personality, and life circumstances. Through mindful, evidence-based practices, clients are supported in exploring past and present experiences while focusing on actionable steps toward meaningful change and growth.

Antoinette’s extensive medical background began in 1999 and includes experience in emergency and immediate care, maternity services, and therapeutic bodywork. She has worked in hospital settings, including emergency departments and maternity care, while also practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist in high-end spa environments. For over 15 years, she has worked with professional athletes and holds specialized certifications in hip and knee replacement recovery, rotator cuff rehabilitation, autoimmune conditions, and nationally certified prenatal, postnatal, and labor and delivery care.
With a diverse client base that spans more than two decades—including international clients—Antoinette has had the privilege of building long-term therapeutic relationships, continuing her work with many teen clients as they transition into older adulthood. She remains committed to ongoing professional development, pursuing advanced training in sports psychology, perinatal mental health, and somatic therapy. Her holistic, compassionate approach empowers clients to reconnect with their strengths, navigate challenges with resilience, and create lasting, meaningful transformation.
