Megan Steinhoff, MA

Megan Steinhoff, MA, earned Bachelor of Arts Degree from Augustana College in Biology and Neuroscience in 2017, followed by her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University in 2021. Megan is currently in a Clinical Psychology Doctorate Program at Capella University. Megan has a wide range of experience working with individuals, couples, and families; clients ranging from age 5 to 70; experience treating issues from anxiety, to depression, substance use, mood disorders, PTSD, life transitions, self-esteem...etc. Megan utilizes a broad set of modalities based on client needs which includes but is not limited to Psychodynamic, Feminist, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt, Narrative, Adlerian, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Person Centered Theory. Megan also employs play, art, and music in order to enrich the therapeutic relationship. Megan is an LGBTQIA+ affirming and BDSM/Kink-friendly therapist.
