Kristen McKeon, MS

Kristen McKeon holds a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. With a disciplined focus on the relationships that impact clients most, Kristen applies systemic therapies in conversation with clients guided by a singular true north: client agency to enact desired change in their lives. With training in couple and family modalities, Kristen has specialized experience in the areas of grief, trauma, loss, later life-cycle transitions, substance misuse, process addictions, and the healthy development of "Self" in relation to others we share our lives with. Her approach to therapy most frequently aligns with the Collaborative-Dialogic framework combined with Brief-Strategic interventions that are co-created with clients.
Formerly a professional artist and musician, Kristen often utilizes music, art, linguistics, ecology, movement, and the mindfulness that best serves these pursuits as healthy coping resources in our ever-complex lived experiences.
