Sylvia attended Aurora University, earned a bachelor’s degree in social work, and a master’s degree in social work specialized in advanced clinical work. In addition, she is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. Experienced working with a diverse community ranging in ages (12+), nationalities, cultures, belief systems, sexual orientation, gender, and various mental health imbalances.
